Wings of Grace began as a disaster relief organization following the devastating tornado that hit Tuscaloosa in 2011. Since then Wings of Grace has continued to regularly provide food, clothing, and assistance to families in the Tuscaloosa area.

Wings of Grace needs help from volunteers to sort through donations. Help is also needed in wrapping Christmas presents for their yearly Christmas extravaganza.

  • Due to social distancing requirements the CSL is unable to provide transportation for volunteers.  

  • Volunteers are responsible for transporting themselves to and from the volunteer site 

  • Volunteers are expected to arrive on time  

  • Volunteers are expected to stay for the duration of the volunteer time slot  

    All volunteers must wear long pants and close toed shoes. Volunteers are required to provide their own PPE and a mask must be worn for the duration of the service opportunity.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.
